STUDIO SESSIONS

Studio sessions are for those who are new to Pilates or those who have done Pilates before and want to try something different using Pilates Studio Equipment including the reformer tower (left), inclined bench, Pilates gym balls, foam rollers, rings etc in a newly equipped Pilates Studio at Epsom Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic, 2 Burgh Heath Road, Epsom, Surrey KT17 4LJ.

The Pilates Instructors are all Body Control Pilates equipment trained.
Private 1:1 - 1 hour £45 & ½ hour £35
Semi-private 2:1 - 1 hour £35
3:1 - 1 hour £25

PILATES CLASSES

Beginners, improvers, intermediate, anti-natal and post-natal classes evenings at 2 Burgh Heath Road. Bookings for a course of 6 classes at £12 per class (max 6 in a class).

Mat classes Fridays 9:30am, 10:45am & 12:00pm at Epsom College Fitness Centre with Sonja Fitzpatrick, Chartered Physiotherapist.
Bookings for school term time (10 to 12 weeks)
£10 per class (max 12 in a class).

MENS PILATES CLASSES

Pilates classes for MEN ONLY at 2 Burgh Heath Road. Small classes (max 6 per class) for maximum benefit at Epsom Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic, 2 Burgh Heath Road, Epsom, Surrey KT17 4LJ. Exercises specific to the male physique to make you fit for life and sport. Tues 6.30pm for men with back problems and the older man and Tues 7.30pm for stronger & fitter men.Bookings for a course of 6 classes at £12 per class.

EQUESTRIAN PILATES

With Sonja Fitzpatrick (Pilates Instructor, Riding Instructor and Chartered Physiotherapist). Improve your: posture, strength, flexibility, riding technique, riding seat and riding performance.
2 hr clinic: 1 hr Pilates & 1 hr riding instruction.
(Max 6 clients at £65 each)
Sat 2pm - various dates.
Semi-private 2 hr clinic: 1 hr Pilates and 30 mins each on Trojan the dressage simulator (www.wildwoodsriding.co.uk/Trojan.asp) at £85 each any Sat 2pm.
