  6. Co-ordination
  7. Flowing Movement
  8. Stamina

THE SERIES OF 5 covers all 8 principles of Pilates as this series requires relaxation, concentration, correct alignment, Pilates breathing (using the exhale to enhance the curl up), centring (core strength), co-ordination, flowing movements and stamina.   1. Single leg stretch
  2. Double leg stretch
  3. Scissors
  4. Cross-cross
  5. The hundred
