THE SERIES OF 5 covers all 8 principles of Pilates as this series requires relaxation, concentration, correct alignment, Pilates breathing (using the exhale to enhance the curl up), centring (core strength), co-ordination, flowing movements and stamina. - Single leg stretch
- Double leg stretch
- Scissors
- Cross-cross
- The hundred
