The PILATES theme of the week is START THE DAY WITH PILATES:  

It is important to start your day with movements which mobilise your joints and wake up your muscles. You can refer to your Pilates pack for some back, hip and knee mobilising exercises and a piriformis stretch to do in bed, as well as some Pilates exercises to perform on the mat (the curl up, hundred, dart, dumb waiter and the series of 5).
