Term Time Mat Pilates mat classes:
- Look at the Pilates Class Timetable page.
- Complete your details and tick the classes you may be interested in joining and would be able to attend depending on your ability and availability.
- An email will then be sent to the clinic.
- We will then email you to let you know if there is any availability in those classes and answer any queries you may have.
- You can then pay over the phone by debit card.
